Summary: I’ve stayed here previously, and I make allowances for the quirky layout, but this time my room was unacceptably bad. The windows (room at ground floor level) cannot be secured shut. The wall-mounted TV was dangerously loose and falling off. I reported these issues and was offered another room, which I declined as I had settled in to my room - but then in the morning the electric shower could only produce a cold dribble, with ‘low pressure’ warning light on. That room was not fit to rent out to customers! The restaurant food and service was good, as usual.
