The living areas consist of a kitchen with a gas Rangemaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with open fire, and a boot/dog room. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, parking on street in front of property with the possibility to park in the driveway for up to 2 average size car. Side and rear gardens with lawns and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fires, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub, and beach within 1.5 miles or less. The Vicarage is a lovely home for a seaside break in Cornwall.
