Positive: The guest house is centrally located within walking distance of the Lincoln Historic homesite, the Presidential Library, the State Capitol, and Union Station. The property has historic significance. The room was very comfortable, with a spa bath, kitchenette with ice maker. The guest house has some lovely outdoor seating areas with atmospheric lighting, gas warmers, etc. We did not use this area, because we stayed during very cold weather! But I think the terrace area would be a big plus in warmer seasons.
Negative: The keyless access directions were slightly tricky, but we succeeded in accessing the room without an issue. Not enough electric outlets, particularly by the night tables.
Summary: Lovely option convenient to downtown historic sites
