Summary: We rented The Phoenix Estate for our daughter’s 13th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, with a spacious outdoor area perfect for entertaining friends and family. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—including a batting cage that was a huge hit with the kids!One of the standout features was the separate guesthouse, which allowed my mother-in-law to relax in peace, away from the excitement. The indoor and outdoor sound systems worked flawlessly, adding to the festive atmosphere throughout the weekend.We had searched all over South Florida for a place that felt like a true getaway without being too far from home, and this estate matched our vision perfectly. Michelle was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions we had—her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.The beds were exceptionally comfortable , and even our small dog, Coffee, had the time of his life. He ran more in those three days than he probably has in years, thanks to the fully fenced-in yard.We can’t recommend The Phoenix Estate highly enough. It was the perfect setting for a memorable celebration.
