Positive: Easy check in. Good communication. No issues getting in.

Negative: Wish there was a walkable path or access to the beach from here. Had to drive, or walk about 1.5 miles. Guests (renters) at this resort community HAVE to use the main gate to get in and out. Residents can use RFID enabled passed to go through other gates. Trash is picked up every couple days, so lots of trash cans along narrow roads to go around. Resort streets and driveways flood very easily too, but understandable at sea level. Hope you don't get stuck behind a trash truck if you are leaving and in a hurry.

Summary: Might look elsewhere next time.
