Summary: There are aspects that are 5 Star and others that simply are not. For 5 stars, and the related price point, details matter. The gym bathrooms were out of order. The soaps and shampoos in the shower and bath had pumps that don’t work. They charge $77/night for a resort fee and yet the pool was not accessible because of a “chemical imbalance”. The only consolation provided was a reduction in the resort fee. There are plenty of other choices in the 5 star category that offer better value. One can accept these first world inconveniences, just not the silly room rates that go along with it.
