The master bedroom offers a King Bed, and a flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a view of the ocean from your bed. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen Bed as well as a Smart TV. The third guest bedroom offers a Full and Twin Bed and a flat screen Smart TV, allowing the condo to spaciously sleep up to 8 guests.

Well-furnished and amply supplied, the kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, filtered water, and a spacious pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area has seating for eight, and the living room boasts large comfortable furniture to enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 42” flat screen Smart TV. Sweet Spot is near the beach and offers some amazing amenities: Two community pools (one heated), tennis courts, and shuffleboard for you to enjoy during your stay! There is also a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October.

Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently updated condo is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Saturday to Saturday rental.
Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring.
