Studio is 43m with kitchen, lounge/diner & bedroom area, and bathroom with shower/WC and is fully air-conditioned with a flat screen TV. Located just 5 mins from Hurghada International & Domestic airport, 10 mins from Marina and Hurghada Downtown / Sheraton Street with the bustle of Restaurants, Bars, Bazaars, Shops and Supermarkets and in the evening you can stroll to the Marina or go clubbing - plenty of nightlife if you want, but the apartment is far enough way from the noisier areas! Taking a taxi is easy - the main road is outside the front of the block facing the sea, and there are plenty of taxis passing.
The View Apartments are newly built with an enviable location directly opposite the sea, with private walkways to the private beach (full lift access). Direct sea view from the room - wake up and take your breakfast looking at that view !
The kitchen has a single built in oven, large fridge freezer, sink & taps, double electric hob, kettle, ground coffee machine, smoothie maker / blender, all plates, dishes, cooking equipment, glasses, mugs and cutlery that you will need for making light meals.
The bathroom has a shower with shower curtain, toilet, sink with cupboard under, large mirror, lighting and washing machine with multi cycles and a hot water boiler.
The bedroom has overhead storage for all of your shoes, clothes and equipment - plenty of storage space for a family.
The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, and 2 large armchairs, rug, TV unit with playstation.
The dining area has 2 stools and a table as well as outdoor seating that can be used for 4.
The balcony area boasts an impressive view of Hurghada bay and the local private beach, and has seating for 4 +.
There are 3 pools in the complex for your use, although our favourite is the main pool with the terrace overlooking the bay. The private beach is included in the charge, so no extra beach charges unlike the other resorts !
We fell in love with Hurghada many years ago, and have seen it's growth in popularity over the last 10 years. We've had holidays in El Gouna, Hurghada centre, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Marsa Alam many many times - and even when staying outside of Hurghada we found ourselves being pulled back to Hurghada Marina and the Restaurants every evening - so decided to buy our holiday home in the centre. It's so close to the airport but without any noise, round the corner is a very impressive Golds Gym for the fitness fanatics, the Marina is a short taxi ride away, yet we have the beach literally on the doorstep. As soon as The View apartments were built we had to buy one - they are quite simply in the best location in Hurghada - THE BEST VIEW of Hurghada, I just love watching Hurghada slowly wake up in the morning from the balcony, grab our morning coffees downstairs, enjoy the quite stretch of beach, and then head into Hurghada town for the evening to eat, have a shisha and return to the beautiful view from the apartment - our little piece of Paradise - we welcome you to our 2nd home to enjoy this too!!
