The property is located in the highest part of the Cala Rossa Residence, a typical Sardinian-style tourist village consisting of 400 apartments in "li Canneddi" in the municipality of Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, in the north-west of Sardinia, just a few minutes from Red Island.

Trinità d’Agultu e Vignola is a small town in Gallura located in the north-central Sardinia.
