Positive: Very clean Very helpful directions and answering my questions patiently Very well located for train to Brighton
Negative: It was very small With the bed down there was a six inch gap between the bed and the table hard to navigate going to the toilet in the night Hard to get in and out of the shower without getting water on the floor which I then worried about because the owners seem very very particular about how you keep the place Expensive for what it was In the end I didn't feel like a paying guest, paying 70 pounds a night.... More like staying with friends where you are very careful of all their stuff all the time.... Refrigerator which is sharing the room with you it's very noisy all through the night Compact sofa uncomfortable god knows how you'd manage if there were two of you I ended up using the chair as a little table so that I could watch the television while I had dinner I would not go back
