TV/cable in both living room and bedroom, complimentary WIFI. Air conditioning available. Beautiful modern decorations, pool, private beach access, and one free private parking space. Steps away from trendy beach restaurants and bars, night clubs, casinos, 5 start hotels, entertainment and shopping. Bus stop to Old San Juan or to the airport only five minutes away as well and costs only 75 cents. Other amenities include Watersports Rentals/lessons (jet ski, kite surfing, kayaks, parasail, banana boats, surfing, etc.) Bike rentals are 10 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are located on this specific floor (12th). Machine money cards are available in the lobby next to the Administrator's office. 24 hour rental car company and CVS pharmacy just 2 minutes away. Also, Isla Verde beach which is steps away from my condo was named 2016 Best Urban Beach of the United States by USA Today and is also number eight on the Top Ten Best City Beaches in the World (Travel and Leisure magazine).
