This large family friendly home is well-appointed with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two living rooms that has an air mattress and couch to comfortably sleep 12 guests There are spacious areas for gathering, private poolside oasis with beautiful views. The yard is split level so you are able to enjoy a deck bbq with stunning views or head down to swim and shoot some hoops! Also where most listings have 10% TOT tax we do not.

No music in backyard after 7 PM. ( Music during the day must be at a low volume)
No profanity music. Family Friendly neighborhood
Pool heater is available for an additional nightly fee.
Hot tub heater is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.
Pool Vacuum needs to stay in pool at all times. We can not have it disconnected or removed.
We are a Smoke Free Home. This includes the backyard.
We do not allow any parties at any time, We also don't allow anyone that is not listed on the reservation in the home. You may text us with detailed information before booking to make an exception.
We do not allow any pets in the home.
GREEN BIN IS ONLY FOR LANDSCAPING ( Fine $500 for throwing trash or recycling in green bin)
