Positive: Incredible location with snowy land views, lovely and magical winter village created by the chalets area and great option to relax with the private spa options :), we loved to spend our vacation here. Thank you

Negative: There should be no additional costs on stuff like firewood, or the guests should be informed prior to booking.

Summary: We had a bad luck on the hot tub in our chalet, which didn’t work properly and required assistance to have proper water
