Summary: The room had a very strong and unpleasant smell in it when we entered. As the air had been off (and so the room was quite warm), we hoped turning the air on would refresh the air and improve the smell. Instead our noses just adapted to it. When we left the room for breakfast and returned the next morning, it was confirmed that airing out the room was not enough. The padded chair in the room was also filthy, with numerous stains all over it. There was unrepaired broken trim in our room. We checked out early and looked for a new hotel.
