Summary: Not bad for the price. Modern refurb: faux wood floors with repaint over everything. Furniture was extremely tired; drawers hanged out - wouldn’t stay closed. Analog input to some sort of demo TV - couldn’t remove TV “specs” from the screen. Small for the size room. Bed was very hard. Nice lighting with bedside USB-A and USB-C outlets. Restroom was clean. Shower took a long time to get hot but it did and pressure was good. Out of shower gel and no facial bar soap. No coffee maker. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Place appeared to have 10% occupancy yet they only had a King room on the third floor. Overall sparse but clean. Acceptable. Kids were having the time of their life in the pool. Convenient to I-95 and away from seedier parts of Jacksonville
