Drive down a beautifully landscaped driveway and you are greeted with a luxury bay front vacation home. Out front there are two tables with chairs, umbrellas, and a grill for all of your BBQ needs. Three car garage with lounge room equipped with mini basketball, ping pong, and furniture for some fun after a day in the sun. This home offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with ample space for family and friends to enjoy the summer right on the Delaware Bay! As you enter the first floor to the left are two bedrooms each with Queen beds and private full bathrooms. On the right side there are two bedrooms one with a Queen bed and full bathroom and the other with one Queen, a twin trundle bed, and full bathroom as well. There is an entrance for the elevator that goes to each floor, back door to access the wrap around porch, spiral staircase that is accessible from all levels, and private entrance to the Delaware bay. As you go up the stair case to the second floor there are two suites each with a King bed, full bathroom with soaker bath tub and access to the back deck with chaise lounge chairs. Onto the top floor you will see an open concept kitchen, half bath, dining, and living room area that is perfect for socializing. The view and sunsets from this home are breath taking which surely makes a memorable vacation. Enjoy the front wrap around porch for morning coffee in serenity and beautiful sunsets off the back deck ending the day so peacefully. Local dining, shopping, and ice cream shops only minutes away!
