Positive: The room is nice, spacious and fairly clean. The indoor pool is definitely one of the highlights, but the water was not warm enough.

Negative: The sauna and ham man were not hot enough. The sauna temperature was about 25 degrees and nobody explains that we should choose the temperature ourselves if we want to use it. The service was very average and you rarely see any staff at reception. The rooms don’t have an intercom, so communication has to be done through booking. All of the door locks in my room seemed to have problems.

Summary: It had everything to be a great stay, but the service was unsatisfactory and the facilities could have been better maint
