Inside, this large house offers 5 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor. Upstairs you will therefore find 3 bedrooms with 160x200 double beds, two of these bedrooms overlook an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. You will also find a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a desk equipped with a sofa bed overlooking a private covered terrace and with a magnificent view of the sea and the Aber Benoit!
On the ground floor, you will therefore find the 2 other bedrooms with a 160x200 double bed, including a master suite with bath, offering an intimate and comfortable space. The large living room, with its central fireplace and open kitchen, promotes a feeling of space ideal for convivial moments with family or friends.
Outside, you can enjoy a very large wooden terrace of 180m² and a garden of more than 1000m². Under this spacious wooden terrace, all you have to do is slide part of the terrace to discover a magnificent 7x3m pool, heated to 28 degrees from the beginning of May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions). You can also take advantage of the Nordic bath to relax, it is a bubble-free jacuzzi heated with wood.
