This backyard oasis includes a custom design pool, hot tub, swim up bar, covered built in BBQ/bar area, firepit, and slide that will bring out your inner child. It also includes a shallow end perfect for lounging and a waterfall to keep you cool. Step inside and enjoy our three bedroom home (sleeps 8 comfortably), which is fully equipped for your vacation needs.

HOUSE RULES

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (holidays we may ask for $500)
POOL HEATING
>$150/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)
