Unique Old Istrian house renovated in a modern way. This property is perfect for 4 persons but with 2 extra couches it can be extended to 5 persons! The property ensures you Privacy, Comfort and Calm neighborhood. In the courtyard you can find an old renovated fireplace/bread oven, solar shower, outdoor hot tub, etc. The Property is divided into 3 Indoor areas: Main Room, Secondary Room and Game Room. Essentials like bed linens, towels, kitchen accessories, etc. are all included.
The main room is perfect for family/friends gatherings and as the main dining area.
In the main room you can find a long wooden table with 2 benches, wood stove, aircon, 2xsmart tv, kitchen and bathroom with shower. There are stairs which lead in the so-called gallery where the Queen bed size is located as well as the couch and one of the tv.
Secondary room is actually a bedroom with bathroom, cabinets and a tv.
In the secondary room you can find a Queen size bed, walk-in shower, bathroom, aircon and a tv
The Game room for now contains one large poker table with all the cards and chips (only for fun, please don't gamble with real money) and a couch for relaxation or extra bed if needed. In winter season Hot Tub is in this room.
For the best Istrian experience we can arrange (daily/every few days) fresh milk, cheese, eggs, olive oil, vine or other famous Istrian products from the local farmers but it must be requested before.

Only 10 minutes by car, near the property location you can visit these well-known tourist centers and beaches/sand beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Rt Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela. Take a day and go to Brijuni Island National Park, taste Istrian wines, Olive oil and lots of other products.
