Relax in our comfortable and recently renovated efficiency condominium. This clean and sunny ground floor unit has vinyl flooring, sliders to a private deck, and a spacious grassy picnic, BBQ, and play area off the back patio, A/C, heat, Smart Streaming TV, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. This unit has a very comfortable queen-sized bed and 1 twin bed. It is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Kitchenette, cooktop, no oven. Fresh towels are available daily. Kids and adults will enjoy the pool – just steps away! The Braemar Condominiums is a no pets allowed community. Please bring towels for the beach and pool. We are a mile from the Town Bay Beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.
