This newly built gorgeous home sits atop a hillside with magnificent views of Henry's Lake and the Sawtell/Centennial Mountains as backdrop. On a clear day, you will also catch a glimpse of the Grand Teton Mountains in the distant horizon! The property is conveniently located just 16 miles west of West Yellowstone, MT the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. Come and experience the tranquility, luxury, and comfort that Teton View Lodge has to offer while discovering the wonders of Yellowstone and the surrounding area.
This modern lodge offers a custom designed tri-level floor plan with 5,000 square-feet of tastefully decorated living space, featuring top of the line amenities, beautiful hardwood floors, superior quality furnishings, and exclusive decor throughout, all designed to pamper you, our guests! The lodge sleeps up to fourteen, with five master bedroom suites designed for privacy and outfitted with comfortable beds, and high quality linens for your night time comfort. The property boasts two viewing decks (main and upper floors). The upper covered deck features 26' ceilings, with two gas fire pits, lounge furniture, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and large table for dining al fresco. This space is especially designed for entertainment and relaxation! A secondary deck is connected to the main floor; also featuring a BBQ grill, gas fire pit, perfect for more intimate seating. The lower floor leads to a large patio with built-in wood burning fire pit for enjoying a bonfire, s'mores, and more!
The Main Floor features a massive custom designed gourmet kitchen with alder wood cabinets, granite countertops and huge center island. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, cookware (Henckels, HexClad), plenty of fine dishes/utensils, and a wide variety of spices to indulge the chef in you! The dining room features a 10' custom made epoxy walnut table to accommodate and enhance your dining experience. Similarly, the living room offers elegant and comfortable seating with a huge fireplace for those cool nights, as well as a complete custom designed wet bar and wine refrigerator. Also located on the main floor, is the master bedroom with Cal King size bed, lounge seating, and with deck access. This spot is perfect for taking that first cup of coffee in the morning. The master suite offers a large one-of-a-kind bathroom, with tall glass walk-in rain shower, freestanding soak tub, bidet heated toilet, and dual vanity sinks. An extra large walk-in closet complements the his/her custom design of the master suite amenities.
The main floor also includes a complete pantry room equipped with extra sink and refrigerator, plus workout room and laundry room, as well as a half bathroom for guests.
The Top Floor features two spacious bedroom suites, each with Cal King size beds and en-suite full bathroom. These two bedroom suites have direct access to the main deck. This floor also features a family/TV room with shuffleboard and air hockey tables, plus a dual desk computer work station with printer. In addition, the upper floor offers an expansive covered deck designed for complete relaxation and engagement. Guaranteed to please, this spacious deck features ample sitting and lounging area, with two gas fire pits, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and large outdoor dining table for that al fresco experience!
The Lower Floor features an elegant entryway, as well as two spacious bedroom suites, each with Cal King size beds and en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in rain shower. These two bedroom suites have direct access to a large patio with seating area and built-in wood burning fire pit. One of the bedrooms on this floor includes two twin over twin bunk beds for the perfect sleep-over experience.

Important PARKING Information: The property is located on a hillside, with a steep driveway. There is available parking space for two vehicles down below at the road level (recommended). Driving up to the driveway to access garage and front entrance requires caution. Exercise care by driving up with low gears and controlled movement for safety. Do not attempt to access garage level under wet or icy conditions.
You can optimize your budget, and park experience, when planning your visit during transition months of May or August. As the Park opens up, new/young wildlife is in full display in the month of May (birthing season) with less crowds. Similarly, August offers magnificent summer weather with reduced crowds, as students go back to school.
