Inquire for rental length options. This is a updated historic home. It is just blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
It has been totally updated with granite and marble counters and stainless appliances. It has updated baths with a walk-in glass shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. There is free wifi and premium stations. As well as a full size washing machine and Dryer. There is a deck on the back with seating for grilling and chilling. We are close to the beach so that means close to the tracks. We are well insulated so you should barely hear the train. It is part of the charm. We love it! I think you will too.
We are centrally located 2 miles from downtown, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, watersports, casinos.
We offer free high speed internet.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you may need such as coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, utensils, ironing board and iron are provided also. You don't have to bring anything!
The dining room seats 6 with 2 at the eat in bar.
The master has a comfortable king size bed with flatscreen tv. The master bath has a shower and a bath.
