Spend leisurely days reading to the sound of waves, playing in the salty air, and dining to the sight of the sea! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat allows guests to slow down and experience a month (or more!) living as a NSB local. From a prime location to ample amenities, you and three others will never forget time spent here.
Upon walking in, you'll immediately know this was meant to be your NSB "home". The light atmosphere, wood style flooring, and blue ocean expanse capture the eye. Before you head to the oceanfront balcony with a cocktail, take the time to explore the condo.
The kitchen invites chefs and novices alike to settle in and try new recipes. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and warm wood cabinetry make this space inviting and aesthetic. You'll find it well equipped with amenities such as Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster, crockpot, pots and pans, and all the essentials you should need. There's no need to venture far for scenic dining as the table for six looks onto the non-driving shore. Additional seating for four is provided at the breakfast bar.
When you need a break from the Florida sun, you'll find no where better to relax than the living room. This area is furnished with two couches (leather powered couches coming in August!) and a reading chair that looks onto the view. Your favorite shows are only a remote click away as a 65" Smart TV with cable, HDMI cables, and streaming services is provided (just remember to bring your own log-ins!).
Morning coffee and happy hour are best enjoyed on the condo's third-floor balcony. This space is furnished and looks directly onto the complex's beach access and ebbing tide. Clink glasses and take in the amazing view!
Those who have claimed the primary bedroom as their own will be delighted to retire for the evening. The bedroom boasts of a 55" flat-screen TV, a king bed, and a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity and beautifully tiled shower.
The youngest two in your group will love their stay in the second bedroom. Two twin beds, a 52" flat-screen TV, and ample dresser space are provided. The nearby bathroom is gorgeously updated with a walk-in shower, granite-top vanity, and plush towels.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. High-speed WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a full-size washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, and a cooler are provided. Our 30-night minimum allows guests to truly experience what it's like to live in New Smyrna Beach.

This 52 unit oceanfront resort condominium is located on a wide expanse of white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic. This complex is near the finest seashore park in the country, the Canaveral National Seashore, as well as near the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Also in the immediate area is a county park with a fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming and shrimping available in Florida. This complex is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach.
