4 Bedroom House with Balcony, Sports and Wellness Facilities

Be our guest and walk the same floors as the Revolutionary War soldiers did many years ago! The home was built in 1835 and is truly a diamond in the rough. Its since been updated with modern amenities such as heated flooring and an EV charger and is ready for your family's enjoyment! Location is perfect for a family or a group of friends who are looking for space, privacy and great views all while having the convenience of being able to visit the areas most popular attractions in under a 1/2 hour.
If baseball isn't your thing but water is, trailer your boat to our home and drop it in Canadarago Lake (5 minutes away) for a fun day with the family swimming in one of the cleanest bodies of water in upstate NY! Or golf at one of the oldest golf courses in America “Otsego Golf Club” or visit one of the areas fantastic wineries or breweries or do it all!
During your stay you will have access to the entire home. The main level of the home features a living room, family room, bathroom with stand up shower, dining room, kitchen, large pantry and laundry room with full washer and dryer and an office area.
Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms - (Bedroom #1 - (1) Queen Bed/ Bedroom #2 - (2) Queen Beds/ Bedroom #3 - (4) Twin Beds / Bedroom #4 (1) King bed and two bathrooms, one off the master bedroom with a stand up shower and one off the main hallway with a full bath with claw foot tub and shower surround.
Off the family room there is a deck outfitted with a table and chairs. There is also a fire pit area, grill and plenty of space to host your own baseball game in the oversized backyard. We also have a 3-story barn for your crew to hang out in on those rainy days. The main level of the barn is setup for entertaining with an 86” TV, string lights, a ping pong table, corn hole and an additional dining area with table and 10 chairs. Home also has an EV charger attached to it.
