Das Ferienhaus liegt am idyllischen Steinbach, umgeben von malerischer Berglandschaft. Es bietet sich als Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Ausflüge und Bergwanderungen an. Präparierte Langlaufloipen und der Skilift bzw. die Skischule am Westernberg sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Rad-Touren sind mit den von uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern möglich.Nach Ihren Aktivitäten und Ausflügen, können Sie sich in unserem Garten, auf der Terrasse mit Weinlaube oder dem Balkon erholen oder ein Sonnenbad genießen. Im Winter ist es besonders schön, sich in unserem gemütlichen Erkerzimmer mit Kachelkamin aufzuhalten. Den Ortskern erreichen Sie in nur 5 Gehminuten. Unser Haus ist über eine ruhige Einbahnstraße (30er Zone) zu erreichen. Wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub aktiv gestalten wollen, wird Ihnen in Ruhpolding Sommer wie Winter viel angeboten. Im Sommer können Sie wandern, Rad fahren, Tennis- und Golfspielen, Reiten, Drachenfliegen, Paragliden oder im Frei- und Hallenbad Ruhpolding schwimmen. Bei unseren kleinen Gästen ist der Märchen- und Freizeitpark Ruhpolding sehr beliebt. Im Winter sorgen Skilifte, Skischulen und schneesichere Pisten sowie eine Eissporthalle für ein sicheres Wintervergnügen.
