Positive: The location was perfect! Very short walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and the cathedrals and historical sites. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Shower was also great! And TV had a lot of options
Negative: I didn't like the fact we had no shower gel or bath soap and were only provided with hand soap and shampoo. I didn't like that the host was never visible and we were stood outside for a while waiting to be let in. There is also false advertising on the booking.com advert for this hotel as there was not tea and coffee facilities in the room, we had to go down three flights of stairs to a communal room. Also, no bath robes either.
Summary: Comfortable room in a perfect location but with a few key things lacking in the room
