If visiting when the snow is just right, guests can ski over to the Elkhorn Ski Lifts and ride up to enjoy the beginner and intermediate runs of Dollar Mountain. As this community is located on the bus route, access to other Sun Valley ski areas is safe and easy. In warm weather, take a trip over to River Run Lodge at the south end of Ketchum for hiking and lift-assisted mountain biking. This condo was renovated with new furniture and flooring throughout in May of 2025.
Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
