Positive: Absolutely wonderful place, I recommend it without any hesitation! The house is set among beautiful Umbrian hills, in a very peaceful area surrounded by olive trees and countryside. It feels completely immersed in nature, yet it is less than 2 km from a small town with all basic amenities (shop, bar, pharmacy and even a Perugino's fresco ;). The location is strategic- excellent base for exploring all of Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello and Lake Trasimeno....), and also convenient for day trips to Tuscany's gems like for example Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo and others. The apartment is tastefully decorated in traditional Umbrian style and finished with beautiful, high-quality rustic details. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners truly thought of every detail - from a very well-equipped kitchen to carefully designed lighting, comfortable furniture, soft, cozy blankets, sun beds... The wifi works super well everywhere. The hosts are wonderful, warm-hearted people. They clearly love their home and their life there, and that happiness is contagious – you can feel it from the very first moment. They are always there if you need anything, ready to help, while at the same time giving you complete privacy and space to relax. No matter whether you come alone, as a couple, with children, or with dogs – everyone feels genuinely welcome here.
