Villa Angelica enjoys a prestigious location above the exclusive sandy beaches of Fañabe – Bahia del Duque. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this impressive detached property, comprising 3500 square feet or 325m2 spread over three floors, offering 4 double spacious sunlit bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, breath-taking sea views.
Additionally a fully fitted studio with its own bathroom sleeping two has an alternative entrance.
The open plan living room and dining area is furnished with 3 comfortable Italian leather sofas and a hand crafted dinner table with 8 chairs, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Entertainment includes a new 60 inch LED television with 14-days catch up service receiving over 500 television channels; including BBC, ITV channels, and many European channels including French German, Greek, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish also Indian Pakistani and Turkish.
Also a DVD player and hi-fi system is provided.
The living room and dining area are in open connection to the fully equipped kitchen.The custom made Italian, shaker style kitchen and breakfast room is fitted with Siemens and Bosch appliances and a kitchen table with 6 chairs is provided.
The air conditioned master bedroom on the ground floor features fitted wardrobes and an occasional table with two upholstered chairs and, in the en-suite bathroom, a large bathtub and a separate shower enclosure.
The air conditioned en suite master bedroom upstairs has an adjoining reading room with a desk and modern chaise-longe. The bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace, to take a leisurely breakfast or catch the last of the days sun, whilst overlooking the ocean. A table with two chairs and two sun loungers and a parasol is provided.
Externally the garden is generously planted with a mature selection tropical shrubs and trees, and offers a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool and a children’s pool, both heated during the winter months;The large pool is illuminated automatically for 3 hrs every evening. Both pools are professionally cleaned and pH levels checked weekly. A terrace with loungers and parasols, surrounding the main pool for all-day sun bathing. A shady porch for lunch, a brick built charcoal BBQ and an outdoor rattan lounge seating area for balmy evenings; both provide relaxing open air dining alternatives.
A large selection of books, games, CDs & DVDs is provided. WI-FI access is also available at no additional cost. All towels, including Pool towels and Bath robes, are provided. The information book provides numbers for all necessary amenities and suggestions for places of interest to visit.
A complimentary offering of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Orange Juice and 5 Liters of drinking water is provided on arrival.

Summary: Overall the property was very well appointed with a full range of facilities including cooking and washing facilities a games room with table tennis and table football. Easy access to amenities, restaurants etc. BUT you WILL need a vehicle. Fantastic views over Costa Adeje and the sea. The main “fly in the ointment” is the construction taking place next door where another property presumably is being built. This means work takes place from approximately 0800/0830 until 1530 each day excuding Sundays and Public holidays. If you want to simply spend the day at the villa utilising the pool and outdoor areas, the noise might be an issue. We discovered the construction when using Google Earth after paying a deposit. For us, the construction was not a major issue because we explored the area each day in our hire vehicle and by the time we returned, the work was finished for the day. In addition, we felt some areas of the villa were a little “tired”.Contact with the host was easy and effective.
