To the ground floor of the villa is a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas providing a lovely place to relax and unwind with a flat screen SAT TV and a decorative fireplace. The splendid lake view loggia provides an additional outdoors living area.
Also to the ground floor, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen provides all the appliances including a gas oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with table for 8 people.
A Baveno granite staircase leads guests to the upper floor where are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The villa is reached by a private street ending in a large parking space and is surrounded by a sunny private garden of 5.500 sqm which offers an enchanting lake view and the most exclusive privacy and tranquility. Outdoor furnishing and BBQ.

Villa Bella is located just 10 km uphill Stresa. The famous lakeside resort town offers easy access to a wide range of attractions, including the beautiful islands of Isola Madre, Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori.
Mount Mottarone is at 20 min from home and is considered a "natural balcony" from which there are 360° panoramic views across the Po Valley to the highest Alps. From the summit you can see seven lakes: Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Mergozzo, Lake Varese, Lake Comabbio, Lake Monate and Lake Biandronno. Here at its peak, visitors can enjoy the Alpyland, the bobsled roller coaster on the top of Mottarone.
