Positive: We had a very nice one-week stay with my husband and son. The staff were amazing, especially Rita, who made us feel at home. The garden, the pool, and the thermal mineral pool were wonderful more 4☆. The hotel is max 10' on foot from the train station, with direct access to Naples city center in around 40'. The access and view to the lake are a special bonus. The room was a fair 3-star standard, and the breakfast was delicious in a beautiful italian baroque-style setting. We would gladly come back.
