Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I had a really nice time at the Villa Flora Mountain Lodges. We stayed in the quiet season, so the Sauna was only open on request, but It wasn't a problem. Breakfast was really nice, and the rooms were very clean.

Negative: The desk staff could have been a little bit more attentive, but I think towards the end of the season everyone is looking for a break.
