70’s semi-detached villa in Serre’e Morus, an exclusive condominium situated in Notteri (five minutes drive from Villasimius). The house is furnished in an ancient local tradition style and it’s surrounded by an area of 3000 mq of mediterranean scrub and secular junipers which shade the house from the sun and keep a cool temperature in all of the rooms. Also it is possible to have a barbecue in the terrace.
Through the main entrance you access an area around which the house is structured, in this space you can enjoy your meals thanks to a wooden table with 6/8 seats. There is a large living room, that opens to the outside trough two glass sliding doors, which is furnished with a cupboard, a comfortable sofa and an oriental style chest; you can enjoy the large covered veranda which is surrounded by junipers and it is equipped and furnished in order to have a really pleasant time.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and accessories that you need.
There are four bedrooms: two double rooms, one of which has an independent entrance and a fireplace, two bunk beds rooms; all of them have a built-in wardrobe.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath tub.
You enter the house trough a stone path and you also have the possibility to use a covered car park near the entrance.
