A beautiful very light, contemporary villa in a very secluded environment on a hilltop close to the pretty village of Valbonne. With floor to ceiling windows throughout, Villa Indigo offers four bedrooms, all of which have air-conditioning, bright and spacious open plan living area on various levels and is set in a very pretty and peaceful garden.
Set within a beautiful private garden in the hillls above Valbonne, Villa Indigo is a beautiful open and bright family villa located a few minutes drive from this picturesque Cote d'Azur village.
The villa is built on three levels with floor to ceiling windows facing the pool and garden. On the top floor is a spacious and light master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and windows overlooking the view. Steps lead down to a double living room and dining area with open fireplace and modern, well equipped kitchen. On the opposite 'wing' are three other bedrooms including another master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with Asian and Australian artifacts that give Villa Indigo its special atmosphere.
Villa Indigo is located in a secluded and peaceful garden surrounded by a protected forest. There is a large terrace on the side with dining table for 8, another smaller table ideal for drinks al fresco, flat lawns and a little herbs garden. On a lower terrace is a beautiful infinity pool with overflow, surrounded by a wooden terrace with sunbeds. The pool has a gradual slope as you enter it from the terrace and then a 60cm ledge to the bottom. The depth is 1m going down to 2m depth at the east end of the pool. The pool overall is 10m long and 5.5m wide.
Ideal for a great relaxing holiday with family and friends, however the villa is not suitable for young children.
