Summary: 5 stars isn’t good enough! This was my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely go back. The hotel is luxury mixed with cozy. The size of the hotel made us feel at home but also the luxury made us feel VIP. It was a slice of heaven. The food was amazing and location is perfect. Shuttle service to Florence is a quick 20 minute ride. The grounds made you feel like you were in the Tuscan hills. Fabulous!
