Our villa, located directly on the famous golf course, is 120m2 and has 3 bedrooms.
Each can be reached from the outside via a double-leaf patio door.
There are 2 bathrooms. One of them is "en suit" and belongs to the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, such as toaster, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove, etc.
A dining room with space for 6-8 people is also available.
Adjacent is the living room with a 55 inch Smart TV. Are pre-installed and can be received with guest access;
Netflix and Amazon Prime (WLAN) as well as normal satellite television.
In 1 of the bedrooms there is also one
Smart TV available.
A sound system and various game consoles (including Playstation 4) are available.
Enough of multi-media ...
... Board games like Kniffel, Rummy, Rummy Cup, Activitiy, u. V. M. can be found in the cupboards and drawers, of course again;)
From the living room and dining room, you enter the covered terrace area through large sliding doors.
Here is a cozy outdoor seating area, a large dining table (up to 10 people) incl. "Bar". Many beautiful barbecues have been spent here.
The terrace faces the heated pool (surcharge € 85 per week), which you can also enjoy in the hammock.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available.
We also have sunscreen and aloe vera in stock if the fire has won ...
Washing machine and iron are in the laundry room.
The pool is cleaned by a company once a week.
If you are interested and for a deposit, we also offer you our e-bikes to borrow. Just ask.

8-10 minutes drive to the airport
13-15 minutes drive to Puerto del Rosario
2 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes on foot (depending on the destination: weekly market or port) to Caleta de Fuste
All shops and restaurants for daily needs are in Caleta.
5min walk to the Atlantico shopping center, where there is a large supermarket and all restaurants. You can also visit a bowling alley there.
