Villa Pigna is located near the characteristic small town of Salemi, in the Trapani area. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, with large terraces and a private swimming pool. The villa is composed of a main house plus an annex that is closed and it develops over two levels.

On the ground floor we find a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, a dining room with table and chairs and French doors that open onto the garden, kitchen and one bathroom.
On the first floor, we have two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the villa offers beautiful, large and covered terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining and a patio with pergola. The beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers has a private swimming pool (6x12m; 1.2 – 2.5m deep) with external shower, sun lounges and umbrellas.
