Villa Polina is a welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Polina you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Polina is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 26 km (16 miles) from Modica, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 8.7 km (roughly 5.4 miles) and the closest beach (Lido di Noto beach) at 35 km (roughly 22 miles). You will reach Villa Polina from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by carob trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and a bench, as well as with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the surrounding countryside.

The first living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows.
