Villa Rossa is a charming renovated Istrian stone house located in the village Rosini near Porec.
The house was built at the beginning of the XVIII century and renovated in 2007 with the use of traditional materials in order to preserve the authenticity of the traditional Istrian house. Carefully selected furniture, which is a combination of new and antique and interesting interior colours provide the guests of Casa Rossa a truly unique atmosphere. On private, completely enclosed garden the guests of Villa Rossa have the following outdoor facilities - swimming pool, whirlpool for 5 people, two covered terraces with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace.
Villa Rossa is a house for 4 guests located on three floors with a total living area of 80 sqm. On the ground floor there are a nicely furnished living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and bath/toilet. On the first and second floor are located two bedrooms with double bed end air-conditioning every on it's own floor. Both rooms have a panoramic sea view. The house has an extra shower/toilet with separate entrance from the garden.
NOTE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
