Summary: Our stay was wonderful at Villa Seabatical! Communication prior to arrival could have been better. There were a lot of requests that we’ve never received from a VRBO rental before and made us worried about the validity. We called VRBO to confirm everything. We also didn’t hear back on a few inquiries. Communication once we arrived was great - they answered phone immediately and were always helpful with anything we needed at the house or with suggestions on beaches and island locations. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking very easy! Having laundry was great too. The house is clean and very beautiful. One downside was there are several stray cats that were around frequently and sat on the white outdoor furniture and shed all over it and also tried to get inside when we opened the back door. They’ve clearly been fed before and that’s why they come. We have allergic members in our group and we couldn’t sit on that furniture. Had we known they were as prevalent we probably would have chosen another house. It should be noted there are cats or guests need to be told to not feed them to deter this.Overall we loved the house and would recommend (but make people aware of the cats).
