Positive: The location is perfect if you want to spend days at North East Cerdeña. Has direct access to the beach, just a few steps. That's wonderful if you are with family or friends. We used to go to the house beach at the morning have lunch in the house and leave to explore other calas, beaches or places after lunch. Everything was new and clean. And the guest was super accesible and nice.
Negative: We assumed that the Villa was an entire property for us and that was not the case. The property its like a big house divided in different configurations. We were 8 guests and we had four rooms full equipped, private bathrooms for each room, all new furniture, and a kitchen with a big table. And the property also has 3 rooms with independent access doors that were rented by other guests and we shared the backyard. There was no oven, no washing machine neither dish washer.
