The villa, which sleeps 5, is set in well-kept private gardens, shaded by pine trees, with an attractive outdoor living area as well as spacious interiors.
The shaded pergola, reached through large glass doors in the living area, has a dining table and 6 seats, so guests can dine al fresco. Inside, the sitting area has two large sofas and armchairs. It is equipped with satellite TV and a music stereo. There is a dining area for 6 people, in an alcove off the living area. The separate, modern kitchen has direct access to the garden and pergola making outdoor dining very easy. The kitchen has everything you might need for stress-free cooking: cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The town of Castiglione della Pescaia is just 20 minutes from the villa. It is a charming ancient fishing village that in the Middle Ages expanded around the castle known as the Rocca.
