Beautiful rustic villa on the outskirts of Llubí with a wonderful garden, private pool and room for 6 people.
The cosy and well cared exterior area of this rustic house is very beautiful. It invites you to wake up early in the morning and enjoy the first sun beams while admiring the fields together with a delicious breakfast. Later, you can enjoy a good reading or maybe bask in the sun for a while on one of the 6 sun loungers around the pool before or after a cool deep. The chlorine pool sizes 10 x 5 metres and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. There also is an exterior shower where you can cool down quickly. In the evening, the two sofas next to the pool are perfect to taste a glass of wine just before cooking a succulent barbecue at the dining-kitchen by the garden. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The house surprises with the Mallorca facade combined with the modern interior. When you enter you find a great living area open to the kitchen which is equipped with a large sofa where you can watch TV-Sat or chat with your loved ones while you cook on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will find three bedrooms, with a closet all of them, where you will rest at night. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, still located on the main floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub completes the first floor. The house offers two cots and high chairs for your babies. The living-kitchen, the annexed dining kitchen and the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
This villa is located in the countryside, amid the villages of Llubí and Muro. Llubí is a charming village perfect for those in search of the peace of the island. Muro is livelier and the place you have to cross in order to reach the paradisaical beaches of Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia, characterised by their crystalline water and fine white sand. Here you can practice water sports and enjoy the beach with the family little ones thanks to the shallow water. The atmosphere here is even livelier specially during the summer season, when you will enjoy all the shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and much more.
