Summary: House is beautiful, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The King beds were awesome, views from rooms and balconies amazing. We sat in the dining room to eat as a family and was able to look out across the beautiful white sand and the Gulf. The sunsets were spectacular!! The convenience of being right on the beach I’ve never experienced and it was perfect with a large family group. Steps go down to a boardwalk and then you’re right on the beach. House has an elevator but it didn’t always work(in property description though so no secret there). They sent someone out, it was working but then stopped again.I can’t say enough great things about this place and the responsiveness of the people I had contact with when we had an issue. My only complaint is about the pool. We were excited about having our own pool and the kids enjoyed it but from the first day it was never clear. There were issues with the pump and it wasn’t working right. We checked in on the 12th and the 13th I had to call. Someone came right away but she provided a temporary solution to the problem and filed a report. She was great. To my knowledge the pool tech never came I called again on the 16th, someone finally came but by then the water was even more cloudy and algae was forming. This was frustrating especially when you pay for these things and have issues the entire time. I would still recommend, just make sure the pool is fixed so you don’t have to deal with that. It was very frustrating. All else Great!!
