The kitchen offers full amenities with extras like a blender/mixer, coffeemaker, French press and a dishwasher to make cooking a delight. You may prefer to dine on the wrap around deck where you can again enjoy a magnificent waterfront view with additional seating for 6 along with a large outdoor seating area, propane gas grill and fire pit.
Three bedrooms and two full baths make this home comfortable for up to six guests. Each bedroom is fitted with cozy, comfortable, bedding and seaside decor. The basement walk-out has a separate living area where one bedroom and bathroom are also located. This home is perfect for a group of friends as well as separate or blended families to vacation together while affording some privacy. All three bedrooms have window a/c units, and there is a ductless mini split in the living/dining area to cool the first level.
There's a washer/dryer in the home for any laundry that needs freshening up. Jamestown is situated almost entirely on Conanicut Island, the second largest island in Narragansett Bay. It also includes the uninhabited Dutch Island and Gould Island. Jamestown and the surrounding area offer an array of seaside boutiques and delicious eateries. Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum with Friday turnovers. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Friday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Friday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
