3 Bedroom House with Kitchen, TV and Balcony

Owned and operated by surfers, sailors, and former lifeguards, this eclectic waterfront bungalow is a laid-back, local favorite. Tucked away on Kinsey Cove, this pet-friendly, three bedroom bungalow accommodates up to 10 people, your canine companions, and your sailboat or power boat.
This family-friendly retreat features a fenced in front yard, ample parking, and a waterfront back yard with dockage. Lounge on the back porch, cook dinner on one of two barbecues, and float the open seas of the cove on one of our provided rafts. Watch as the sunset splashes hues of red and orange over Kinsey Cove, and roast marshmallows by moonlight over our fire pit.
Ride one of the provided beach cruisers to Neptune Market for a burger or some of LBI’s best crumb cake. Walk to the beach, surf the seas, and enjoy your stay.
Additional Information:
You are only a short walk to the popular 80th Street Beach in Harvey Cedars and even closer to the bay.
Everything you need is within walking distance. It would be very easy to stay here for a week without ever getting in your car or even putting on shoes.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests are permitted access to everything in the house except for the area of the garage which is partitioned off. Guests have access to the free washer and dryer.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Feel free to contact Matt or Kathryn with any questions.
Our friend, Gary, keeps his sail boat on the cove in exchange for watching over the property while we aren't there. He occasionally swings by to use his boat on weekends. He will generally access his boat from the neighbor's property and you likely wont even notice him. Feel free to say "hello" or just ignore each other.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
You are a 3 minute walk to the beach.
You are a 1 minute walk to the bay (ideal for sunsets).
You are already on the cove.
Launch your boat around the block and keep it at the house during your stay.
The Plantation is a popular bar/restaurant on the same block. Neptune Liquors is also on the same block. Harvey Cedars Shellfish, Black Eyed Susan's (award winning, make reservations early!) are two more excellent restaurants. Neptune Market and Deli (same block) can satisfy many grocery and sundry needs.
It is highly recommended that you order groceries ahead of time for pick-up or delivery. Summer weekends will be very busy and there is often traffic.
Shoprite in Manahawkin or ACME on LBI allow you to order online and arrange delivery.
And don't forget to visit the Harvey Cedars Ice Cream Parlor (HCICP) while you're here.
GETTING AROUND:
There is ample parking.
Also, be sure to make use of the free LBI shuttle. Uber and Lyft are often available during the summer.

Summary: Cool little home to make your stay at the beach a cozy one. If you are looking to get away and you have a small party traveling with you, this won’t disappoint. I spent my wedding weekend at the beach and my fiancé/wife really enjoyed our stay!
