Perfect location for boaters wanting to go scalloping or fishing in the gulf. Located in a quiet wooded setting of full time residents on dead end street. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoos and towels. Each bedroom and living areas with own smart television. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom with standup shower. Home has two tandem kayaks, two single kayaks and two paddleboards for paddling with the manatees. The local paddling is amazing with a private swimming hole and easy paddling to Rogers Park Beach.
