6 Bedroom House with Pool, Private Pool and Bedding
Waterfront home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Centrally located; close to the airport and a short drive from all of Tampa's top attractions & beaches. Activities for all groups from relaxing poolside and enjoying the game room, to going on kayak adventures into the Old Tampa Bay via the 100 ft wide saltwater canal in the backyard. The nearest local beach is a few minutes drive. The more famous clearwater beach is a little over 30 minutes away. No walkable restaurants, but all the best foodie places are just a few minutes drive away. Convention center and the Buccaneers football stadium are nearby. Please be respectful to our neighbors so we can continue to share our home with VRBO guests in the future.
POOL AREA:
Great open entertainment space including outdoor dining table and grill. Large group seating under a gazebo. Inflatables, loungers, hammock, adirondack chairs provided for your enjoyment :) Pool safety fence on site for optional use.
CANAL:
There's a 100 ft wide saltwater canal in the backyard. Please be mindful, as there is no safety fence. The private dock can be used to relax and take in a sunset, or bring your boat and watch manatees in the bay! Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are provided for the adventurous.
