There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this property all tastefully decorated and offering plenty of space for everyone to be able to get themsevles ready for the day ahead. There is a large living area which provides comfortable seating where you can watch the TV on the 50 inch screen and a dining table that seats six.
This waterfront town home has four balconies each offering its own view including one of downtown Tampa and you'll find outdoor furniture so you can sit and watch the world go by after a busy day. With so many amenities on site, there is plenty to do including fishing charters, sunset cruises, golfing and of course swimming either at the on-site pool or beach. Guests can use a number of close by rental services for jet-skis, paddle boats, canoes, adult and children's bicycles and golf carts if needed.
If you wish to go a little further afield, then downntown Tampa is just a 25 minute drive as is the Mote Aquarium and Tampa Sea Aquarium. Busch Gardens theme park is only a short 35 minute drive.
